I went to buy some beauty products to this shop but the employees were laughing for no reason. They definitely need to learn behaving nicely with the customers and not to make their customers feel uncomfortable due to their weird act of service. Disappointed

I went to buy lipstick recently, the employee was polite and dedicatedly showing the products, to which the boss started shouting on her in fronts of us, that you are always buzy with customer, can't you remove the nailpaint bottles first, this was so Humiliating for the poor girl, and even we were so surprised and shocked, with such behaviour in front of customer. I felt like leaving at once

This is one of the oldest cosmetic shop in gorakhpur. Where you could find good products. But my recent visit experience was really bad. I went to buy concealer for myself and the employee there showed me one of the shade which was dark. Then, I asked them to show the lighter shade on which the girl said concealer should be shade darker from your skin tone. And I was like what?? Concealer is always one shade brighter but then she asked from another girl and she also said the same that it should be darker and "Humlog ko trainig de jati hai". But then I asked to show me the lighter one only and somehow they got rude ke aap khud dekh lo kya chahiy. So, this made me realise that people with no knowledge must buy anything and waste their money. Girl you getting wrong training. Get your facts right.

One of the oldest shops in Gorakhpur. Long range of authentic products. You might find them costly, but everyone knows they don't compromise on quality or authenticity of the products.

The worst cosmetic shop i have even seen in my life, they sell fake products, and on the top of that they charge 10 times for the fake product, i went there to buy huda beauty lipstick for my wife and they gave me a fake huda lipstick which was only 40 rupees and they charged me 400 for that, and they don't give you any bill, don't go there
