We run a beauty salon, and our Ikonic hair straightener stopped working within four months of purchase. Manish Traders accepted it for warranty repair on 01/02/2025, promising to return it within seven days during the peak wedding season. However, as of 18/02/2025, we still haven't received it......We feel helpless.... While the staff was very helpful during the sale, their post-sale behavior has been disappointing: They promise to call back with updates within 30 minutes but never do. They answer calls but often disconnect midway. Every time, they say we’ll get the product in 2-3 days. Some staff even claim the product never left their shop.
