The worst tailor and post buy delivery handling! The collection is good but the tailoring the worst thing here. They totally butchered my engagement lehenga blouse. Firstly it was not even what I asked for even after providing clear pictures. Then they gave me a date to come and collect the fixed blouse. They are not punctual at all. My blouse was not ready till a day before my engagement. The back is still uneven and totally noticeable. But I have to work with it somehow. You will spend 40-50k on your outfit here and then they do this and mess up your big day! Not recommended at all! They have completely ruined my outfit

I got the product customisation for the colour and i was worried about that a lot but thanks to Yasha they gave me that confidence and perfect look

Their products are always top-notch, and the service is excellent every time. I am always delivered on the earliest and they go out of their way for their customers … which really touched me …You can really see the care and quality they put into everything. I had a wonderful experience at Yasha Couture. The collection is incredibly beautiful and wearable …something which is not available anywhere else in varanasi . I liked almost all pieces in the store . I was looking for some designer Indo-westerns and lehengas for a wedding, and the staff, was incredibly helpful and patient, offering great styling advice and helping me find the perfect piece. I highly recommend Yasha in varanasi to anyone looking for something special and unique. I will definitely be back for my next event!

Extremely disappointed with the overcommitment and underdelivery by Yasha staff. I took my visiting sister to the store on 26th September to get her something for Diwali. We were assured a confirmed dispatch by 10th October so that it would reach her on time in Bangalore. Despite repeated follow-ups, the order kept getting delayed and was finally dispatched only on 17th October. As I write this review today, my sister is driving 40 minutes to the courier partner’s warehouse just to take a chance at getting her parcel on Diwali day. This entire experience — from misleading timelines to lack of accountability — has been extremely frustrating, especially for a festive order planned well in advance.

Absolutely pathetic experience. I had ordered my suit for Diwali from them more than 20 days back on the assurance that they will be sending it before Diwali. They were supposed to send it on 18th and after repeated follow ups..all on my side, they couriered on 17th Oct night. Today is 20th and my suit is still in transit! There's no accountability and responsibility. Will be my last visit to them.
