I attended a destination wedding in Varanasi which was solely managed by the Wedding Mubarak team and Mr Arshlan who was extremely professional and dedicated to make the event more lively. His entire team worked to turn the dream Wedding of the couple into reality!!

Very shady team. They don't have their own photgraphic team. They hire third party team. They take money from clients on time and do not pay that to their hired manpower. This results in endless delays in photos and videos. My wedding was in April, they haven't given me raw photos till now. I have paid all the money as written in contract. Never get trapped by booking them.

Absolutely the Worst Experience – Ruined My Wedding Memories We booked the Intimate Wedding Package from Wedding Mubarak, and initially, the owner Arshlan appeared very soft-spoken and promising. He assured us that everything would be “top-notch.” Unfortunately, that turned out to be far from the truth. Our wedding venue was about 32 km from Varanasi. Arshlan refused to arrange transport for his team and asked me to handle it. I spent ₹10,000 on round-trip transportation for his photographers. Despite having a shortage of rooms at the wedding venue, I still arranged a private room for them, just so our big day would be captured beautifully. But what followed was a disaster. Instead of the professional team we were promised, Arshlan sent third-party, completely unprofessional photographers. For every function, I had to hunt for them—either they were locked in their room or wandering around. They had no sense of timing and often missed important rituals. I found myself yelling during my own wedding events, completely ruining my mood and peace of mind. On our main wedding day, it rained for about 3–4 hours. Once the rain stopped, I asked the them to use the drone that was clearly included in our package. They casually replied, “Our drone is too expensive—we can’t risk it in case it starts raining again mid-flight.” Meanwhile, photographers at every other nearby venue were flying drones without any issue. That’s when I started to doubt if they even brought a drone. So we asked them to show it to us—and that’s when the excuses began. First, they said it was in the room. Later, they claimed it was charging. But the truth is, we never saw the drone—not even for a second. If you never fly it, never show it, and can’t prove you brought it—what exactly are you charging us for? That moment made it clear to us: we were being scammed. The worst part? In the middle of my pheras and important marriage rituals, they started pinging me to arrange their drop because they had to rush to another wedding. I told them to wait until the vidai, but they kept disturbing us. Their excuse? They hadn’t slept properly for 4–5 days due to back-to-back weddings. So basically, they were burnt out and unfit to cover our wedding professionally. This company is clearly only interested in making quick money during peak season, with no regard for quality or client experience. Now let’s talk about delivery. The contract stated 90 days, but: • We received our first deliverable (just two reels) after 6.5 months, and that too, of terrible quality. • After 10 full months, we got the final videos — and let me tell you, the quality was worse than what you’d expect from a local village photographer for ₹20–30K. My entire family was furious. We ended up skipping the album from them and hired another professional editor, spending even more money just to salvage what we could from the raw photos. I would never recommend Wedding Mubarak to anyone. And I genuinely question how they have a 5-star rating. Upon checking, I found that 80% of the reviews are fake, posted by first-time or second-time reviewers — clearly, fake accounts made to inflate their ratings. Save yourself the regret. This company is all show and zero professionalism.
