This was my first trip to Varanasi and Ayodhya with my parents, and I wanted to ensure a comfortable and well-planned journey. I connected with Vidhan Travels through Prakash on WhatsApp, who understood our requirements and arranged an excellent driver, Deepu. Deepu was extremely helpful throughout the trip—he guided us on darshan tickets, making our visits to Varanasi and Ayodhya smooth and seamless. He also recommended the best places to eat, amazing chai, must-try local food, and even took us to Lucknow for chudidar shopping. Despite the cold weather, he made sure the car was always warm and comfortable. Coming from the USA, we never felt out of place. Deepu is truly a wonderful person, and I highly recommend him and Vidhan Travels.

We had a wonderful travel experience from Benaras to Lucknow, thanks to our driver Dhanjay Ji, who drove the Urbania. He is a fantastic driver—polite, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the journey. He went out of his way to assist my elderly mother-in-law, helping her get in and out of the traveler and patiently supporting her with her wheelchair whenever needed. His constant smile and calm attitude made the trip very comfortable and pleasant. Dhanjay Ji also suggested some excellent, budget-friendly restaurants along the way, which added to the overall experience. He truly ensured we had a smooth, safe, and enjoyable journey. We booked the vehicle through Vidhan Travels, coordinated by Prakash Ji, who was equally commendable—always available, supportive, and very communicative from the time of booking until the end of the trip. Experience with vidhan travels is very nice. Vehicles are in good conditions, prompt service and good drivers are plus point. Overall experience with this travel is excellent and with personal touch.

Mr Prakash is a perfect host. He took care of our itinerary so well that we never encountered any issues. His selection of drivers is very good and they are safety oriented and highly punctual. I would recommend this agency to anyone who is either solo or visiting with family

Both the Tempo Traveller buses provided by the company for our Tour to Ayodhya and Prayagraj from Varanasi was not up to the mark and not as per the promises done at the time of booking. Services of drivers was very poor. They were not aware of the local roads and places likely to be visited during the course of Tour. Buses conditions was very poor, and these were not well maintained. Buses were quite old while at the time of booking, it was assured to provide both the new and top condition buses. Our experience was totally worst and sorrowful.

We had booked a Tempo Traveller from Varanasi to Prayagraj, and our experience was very good. I think the Tempo Traveller had a minor AC issue, Vidhan Travels promptly arranged an alternative vehicle (Urbania) without any hassle. The company is extremely disciplined and has a great work culture. The driver was also excellent—very professional and caring towards the passengers. Highly recommended!

We booked their vehicles for 2 days. Day one TT Varanasi to Prayagraj to Varanasi. Day two Urbania Varanasi to Ayodhya to Varanasi. Vehicles are in good condition and day one travel is fine. On day two to Ayodhya, drivers intentionally drove at a max speed of 70kmph. When I asked about the speed they mentioned they normally drive at 70 kmph. Vehicle has max speed policy of 80kmph. Road has a max limit of 100kmph. Finally they made sure that we reach varanasi after 12midnight. As soon as time crossed 12 Midnight they started driving at 80kmph They drove slowly just to make sure that we pay the extra driver beta. They stopped the vehicle at 20km from dropoff point and demanded 2000 additional amount. I don't suggest this travel agency. But If anyone wants to book this be aware of this scam.
