Dear Vero Moda Team, I am writing to share a deeply disappointing experience I had while attempting to redeem gifted vouchers worth ₹5,000 at your stores. My first visit was to your Hazratganj store, where I tried to make a purchase. Unfortunately, most of the stock was old, and my size was not available. At the billing counter, I presented my vouchers. The staff asked for my phone number and attempted to generate an OTP, but I never received one. Upon checking, they realized they had entered an incorrect number, and the OTP had gone to someone else. At that point, with another customer next to me arguing for a refund, I decided to leave and return later. Later, I visited your store at Phoenix Palassio and selected items worth ₹5,500. To my shock, the staff informed me that ₹2,000 from my voucher had already been redeemed. Upon further investigation, it turned out the Hazratganj staff had entered the wrong phone number, and the money was credited to a different person’s account. This was a serious lapse. How can a staff member incorrectly enter a phone number, allow redemption of a voucher without confirming with the actual customer, and let the OTP go to someone else? It’s not only careless, but a breach of trust. I requested for the issue to be fixed, but it took five days for your IT team to correct the phone number. I had to follow up multiple times, was repeatedly told “it will be resolved today,” and yet nothing happened. By the time the issue was resolved, I had to travel and missed out on completing my purchase. While the staff at Phoenix Palassiol tried to help, the overall process was frustratingly slow and inefficient. It’s unacceptable that a brand like Vero Moda would mishandle something as basic as a voucher redemption and let a customer’s money be misused due to staff error. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied, and I do not see myself shopping at Vero Moda again. I hope your team takes this seriously and improves your internal processes, especially around customer data handling and verification.

Vero Moda 💃 needs no introduction 🧣 as a brand however Narendra Jaiswal who works here as a staff definitely needs a pat on the back for the kind of generosity and nice customer interaction he poses. Been here for a shopping recently and to my surprise some of the dresses bought here were not in size as a reason they had to be exchanged. When we arrived here for the exchange my query for the exchange was not taken by the manager incharge with complete understanding it caused a moment of trust issue with the brand like Vero Moda but later out of somewhere Narendra entered and helped me for the exchange. I think brands like Vero Moda need more people like Narendra for customer facing and rather should not make anyone sit on the counter impacting its reputation.

Denmark Country brand in india selling products in the name of Vero Moda. Latest fashion and trends for woman's one can get easily. The cost of the product for super rich family and people who love brand. Location is very good I.e. main market of Lucknow called Hazratganj. Product available there are highly costly and will give you hilghly satisfaction to you. There is little problem for parking currently but will soon solve as Metro works in full swing to complete. Ultimately good shop and product.
