I had a disappointing experience at this place. While the food is good and the new rooms are decent, the old rooms are in terrible condition. The service, however, was the biggest letdown. I asked for just a plate and a spoon in my room, and their response was, “We can’t provide that unless you order food.” Seriously? A guest paying ₹4,000 per night is denied such a basic request. I’ve stayed in several five-star properties, and none have ever shown such poor hospitality. Definitely not worth the price or the inconvenience.
