I initially reached out to their WhatsApp helpline regarding a product issue, and to my surprise, I ended up speaking with Mr. Vikram, who I believe is the owner himself. I was shocked by his rude and unprofessional behavior. Instead of proper customer care handling, the owner personally responded in an arrogant way, advised me not to buy from them again, and claimed he would refund my amount—which I still haven’t received. He even told me to give the product to someone needy in my area and then blocked my number! This kind of conduct is completely unacceptable for any business. It seems more like a trading business than a genuine manufacturer, as a real manufacturer would have handled the situation more responsibly and understood customer needs better. To anyone considering buying from them: please be cautious. It’s better to deal directly with manufacturers rather than intermediaries like Uniform Sarees. Very unprofessional service, extremely disappointing experience.

Called to enquire about 16 sarees, their rate on amazon is 785 rs, per piece - when I asked for some discount for 16 pcs, Mr. Vikram Gandhi was very rude, if you want buy from Amazon at the listed price, otherwise leave it. Was not professional and disrespectful to women. Response to his comment: Dont pass on the commission, I asked for a discount since I am not ordering a single piece. If you had this much time to write a response to this comment, you could have been more patient on call.
