I would like to bring to your attention the extremely unethical and unprofessional practices taking place at Health City Hospital. This hospital has unfortunately become one of the worst medical facilities in this area and appears to be operating more like a business focused on looting poor and helpless people rather than providing proper healthcare. The hospital administration keeps the patient’s family in the dark, does not provide proper explanations regarding the patient’s condition or treatment, and creates unnecessary confusion to extract more money. Most of the staff members are unqualified and unprofessional—except for one doctor, the rest appear to be B. Pharma graduates or local staff who are not authorized to handle critical medical responsibilities. Their behaviour is careless, corrupt, and unacceptable for an institution that claims to offer healthcare services. Such practices are dangerous and put patients’ lives at risk. I request the concerned authorities to kindly investigate this matter at the earliest and take strict action against the hospital for misleading, exploiting, and endangering the public. I would request the hospital to work on these points. 1. Patient Care First •The well-being of the patient is the top priority. •Every decision should benefit the patient and avoid harm. 2. Ethics and Honesty •Provide truthful information about the patient’s condition. •No cheating, hiding facts, or unnecessary treatments. 3. Compassion and Respect •Treat every patient with dignity, regardless of their background or financial status. 4. Professional Responsibility •Maintain high standards of medical practice. •Use correct knowledge, skills, and proper equipment. 5. Confidentiality •Protect patient’s personal and medical information. 6. Accountability •Accept responsibility for treatment decisions and outcomes. •Explain procedures clearly to the patient and family. 7. Service, Not Business •Healthcare is a service to humanity, not a business to exploit people.

This is for my father’s spine surgery. We stayed at Private ward. I am particularly very impressed by Dr. Rakesh Singh and his team. The nursing staff and support team were also wonderful, making sure we were as comfortable as possible throughout our stay. The hospital was clean and well-maintained, which was very reassuring.

Health City is a great and one of the best hospital in VNS. The nursing staff, doctors and other staff were amazing and has friendly and caring behaviour towards the patient and between eachother also, the management and cleanliness of hospital is 10/10. They took great care of patients they always make sure about hygiene. Overall it's a nice hospital.
