In my knowledge This is one of the best hospital in vanarasi , known for its cleanliness and spacious OPD and world class medical equipments availablity. The learned Dr. Shrikant ohri sir and Neelam ohri ma'am and one of the best and well talkable Dr Narmata Rai ohri ma'am is experienced doctor and had served in prestigious varanasi Hospitals. Pathologists are experienced and well trained from prestigious Pathology Centers of varansi and all staff behaviour was good Thnqu for all the things ☺️🙏 Regards

She is the worst and the most insensitive doctor in Varanasi. All she cares about is money. She doesn't care if you have already been diagnosed and got all the tests done.she will repeat all tests for money. She will even prescribe tests which patients have nothing to do with their ailments just to earn as much money as possible. She is a businesswomen wrapped in doctor's attire. If you ask questions she will behave rudely. Don’t ever consult this greedy woman.

Our association with New Life Hospital has been for more than two decades. It started with fibroid in my wife's uterus. When we had lost hopes then Dr. Neelam Ohri did successfully remove it. It was followed by birth of my two children in the same premises. And recently got her hysterectomy done which also had complication due to Adenomyosis. It was done by Dr. Shrikant Ohri who is a specialised laproscopic surgeon. Hence the legacy continues and so our trust. I'm thankful to the doctors and staff of New Life Hospital for all the care given when needed.

Just became a dad, and I wanted to share how grateful we are to New Life Hospital for making this possible. My wife had a natural delivery, and honestly, I was nervous, but Dr. Namrata made it happen with so much calm and care. Dr. Shrikant was fully attentive throughout, checking everything carefully, and even though it was a natural birth, Dr. Anil Ohri ,her anesthetist was there, ready just in case, which gave us a lot of comfort 😌 All the sisters and staff were super helpful and kind, always around when we needed them. The hospital was very clean, organized, and felt safe during the entire stay. It’s hard to put into words how thankful we are for the way everyone supported us, Bigg big Upss ❤️

Dr. Nilam's consultation is affordable, but the average patient waiting time is 3–4 hours. There's no sense of privacy—during my visit, a man with a dog was present in the cabin while she asked personal questions, making it uncomfortable. The staff's behavior was also below expectations.
