The driver was very polite, professional, and knew all the best routes and sightseeing spots, which saved us a lot of time. Went on a day trip to Srisailam from Hyderabad on Urbania. Had a great trip with very good and comfortable vehicle and excellent driver Krishna from Maps & Tours. Only issue was that i had to pay Rs.3500 additional charges towards work permit probably because the vehicle did not have an All India permit. This was not informed to me by Taxi Yatri...they should ask their vendors to provide vehicles with All India permit or provude heads up on such additional cost upfront...

Overall, it was a good experience with TaxiYatri (Abhishek), and the trip went smoothly as per our expectations. The TT driver also was polite and friendly and the TT was clean and neat with safe driving. However, there was some confusion regarding the bata amount between TaxiYatri and the TT driver. The driver asked us to pay an additional ₹500 as day bata, even after we showed him the bill from TaxiYatri that already included all charges. It would be helpful if such matters were clarified in advance to avoid any inconvenience during the trip.

Good Service Option. Highly recommended if you are unsure of what to do with regards to taxi service for long trips. They follow up and take feedback as well before the trip starts as well as at the end. I just hope they also detail on how much state tax and toll tax will be applied on every trip so that we get a total estimate of the trip.
