Dear City Style Team, I visited your Asansol store today around 8:00 PM with my wife and my 7-month-old son for shopping. While proceeding towards the billing counter after completing our shopping, my son started crying for food. I politely requested one of your staff members for a chair so that my wife could feed the baby comfortably. To my surprise, the staff replied arrogantly that “no such facility is available” and even suggested that “you can sit on the stairs if you want.” This response was extremely disappointing and reflects poorly on the customer service standards of your store. Families with infants often face such situations, and basic support like providing a chair or a small feeding-friendly corner should be considered a minimum courtesy in a reputed store like yours. I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure better customer-friendly facilities and staff behavior in the future.
A great place for shopping! Prices are quite reasonable compared to other malls, and they have a wide variety of designs along with good availability of sizes, which makes it easy to find the right fit. The collection is trendy and worth exploring. The only drawback I noticed is at the billing section — although there are 3 billing desks, usually only one remains open, which causes some waiting time. Other than that, it’s a wonderful shopping destination.
I had a very unpleasant experience during my visit from Mumbai. There was no helper at the cashier counter to properly fold the clothes, so the cashier placed them carelessly and inside out. I requested politely two to three times to fold them properly, but he rudely responded, “That’s your job,” and continued to speak in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. His tone was rude, and he kept back-answering.
