Good collection but worst service. The salesperson are rude if you have an average budget. They do not show any interest if you have a budget under 10k for party wear dresses and below 5k for casuals

I am shocked at how the same brand can have completely different policies at different outlets. It makes no sense and feels like the customer is being cheated intentionally. At one location they promise one thing, and at another branch they deny it outright by saying “Yeh hamari policy nahi hai.” How can a reputed outlet operate with such inconsistency? There should be a single, clear, uniform policy for all stores. Instead, they behave as if each branch is running its own personal rulebook. This is highly unprofessional and frustrating. I trusted the brand, but this experience has completely ruined my confidence. If you can’t maintain the same policy across your own outlets, then why should customers trust anything you say?

Very very pathetic service. Least concern about customer feedback. Irrelevant after sales policy. Their rules are rigid, their tone is unfriendly, and every request for support feels like you’re pleading before a supreme authority. No flexibility, no empathy, no willingness to help. A return policy should protect customers, not control them. Unfortunately, this one does the opposite. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, think twice before buying. This brand believes in “My product, my rules,” and the customer’s voice doesn’t matter. We recently purchased clothing worth ₹30,000 from this store, trusting the staff and their assurance of good service. At the time of selling, they spoke very politely and made it seem like everything was flexible. But the moment we tried to exchange just one product, their tone completely changed. They suddenly said, “It is not our policy,” and refused to take the item back unless we bought a kurta in exchange for a kurta. They did not allow us to exchange it for a shirt, pant, or anything else. This is extremely unfair and misleading. If they have such rigid and customer-unfriendly policies, they should clearly explain them before billing—not after taking full payment. Buying from them feels like a trap: ✔ At the time of purchase – full value, full promises ✘ At the time of exchange – excuses, restrictions, and zero flexibility For a store where we spent ₹30,000, we expected at least basic customer respect and transparency. Highly disappointed and will think twice before shopping here again.

Avoid them if possible. Worst store ever for any kind of ethnic purchase for any occasion. Was sold a suit for which the trouser in size was missing. Was promised it will be delivered within 1 week. After 8 days they delivered trouser of different suit in wrong size. Even though I was 3 days away from my function, the manager Ashish said we can’t do anything but apologise, and started fighting and shouting when we asked them to refund appropriately for trouser. Pathetic franchise. Try Manyavar instead in same range.

It is a very beautiful showroom and you can do good shopping as per your budget.

Variety available, but try to look complete collection, or their staff will lead you to costly options.

Well they have nice collection but pathetic service. I bought a Mango shirt worth more than 3000 and it torn in second wear. It torn at three places at a time. Now my 3000 is wasted

Best place for mens wear, may be casual, sports, party or for your own wedding. They have a lot of variety and collections are superb. The staff is very nice. You will feel like shopping at home. They do have offers.
