The rooms are not clean. The staff behaviour is not at all supportive. They don't have even a Xerox machine to take Xerox of id card. The staff always tries to scam their guests. They don't provide cleanliness kit like toothpaste etc. don't ever come to this hotel

Not at all clean waste clothes are supplied. White bed sheet became yellow and the bathing towel was torn.

Our ID cards are taken and given later. No scanner for scanning cards. No cleanliness at all.

Room facing the parking yard of Varanasi Garbage collecting Dumpers,small vans. Keep window shut. Horrible service...cheated Don't Take this..better n good ones around in vicinity.
