Not sure where to start...this hotel is truly awful, easily the worst, most disgusting and unsafe hotel I have ever stayed in and I have been staying in hotels for many many years now. Staff - the woman I was checked in by (she was too rude to be called anything more polite) was awful. It took her 15-20 mins to check me in, she didn't believe I had a booking even though my name was in her scruffy book and went off for a while, came back and eventually gave me a room key. If it wasn't for my pure exhaustion from travelling I would have left at this point as by far worst hotel greeting ever! The room was awful...it appeared that most of the room hadn't been cleaned for months, curtains coming off railings, dirty pillows and dustbin etc. Exposed wiring in both light fittings and plugs...plugs also crackled if I dared to plug anything into them. Management saw no issue with this at all...even told me the crackling was due to me . No smoke alarms anywhere that I could see, or fire alarms and the dirtiest grimiest "kitchen" I have ever seen...Simply gross! Also gross was the bathroom - thick with grime, dust and dirt, dodgy looking stain on the floor near bathroom and the toilet was brown...I used public toilets instead as they were far cleaner! Bed was tiny, walls very very thin and drafts came in from window - I got very little sleep both nights as a result. Oh and to top it off everytime you leave the "hotel" you have to return our key and then ring a doorbell and ask for your key back every time you return. Every one can see for themselves why no one should ever stay at this hotel
Need to improve the basic facilities 1. The bathroom door is not locking from inside 2. Flush not working 3. Blankets are dusty and smell bad 4. Don't have bathroom mats in front of the bathroom 5. Bathroom light is fused 6. In the room all charging switches are not working
