On 24th Nov my friend and I went to buy some makeup, and a salesman at the MAC counter named Mohd Ali Mirza scammed us. He told us that we would get one freebie on the purchase of two items, but that was completely false. He charged us ₹3,400 for a product that had an MRP of ₹3,000, and we didn’t receive any freebie either. We had to visit the shop again the next day, and instead of returning our money, they pressured us and said they could only give a ₹400 coupon. They took ₹2,500 extra from us and are offering just a ₹400 coupon in return. Please do not visit this place — they are scammers. Where we were liable to pay only approx Rs.4000 but the took Rs.6500 from us.

This Mall takes the pride in one of the few oldest mall in lucknow. However over a period of time it's sheen and aura has faded due to the present construction work going on, in the way towards parking area at basement and slightly higher parking fees over other malls in comparison. Though the main reason is it's oldest Shopper stop showroom where u only find one cashier on ground floor on a Sunday afternoon out of its spacious three floor. Even the floor manager Mr Ankit is not very prompt in handling the coustomer grievance/ sorting out the issues of return and even unresponsive on picking up the call for a update.

The men's collection is good over all, with the availability of latest fashion trends along with a general availability of every need and requirement.

Unfortunately Google doesn't allow giving a 0 star rating. One should visit this place if they are bored and fed up with life and have ample amount of time to waste. Half the billing counters will always be shut. Those at the Billing counters will take 30 minutes per customer, slowly folding clothes, luring people into enrolling in their membership/loyalty programmes. They will generate OTPs for this which will take minutes to come. All in all its a horrible shopping experience at this particular store.

Horrible service when it comes to alterations No express alteration available!! Very very rude employees at the alteration counter. Giving us a list of rules and regulations which make absolutely no sense but made on the spot to linger the process and irritate the customers. Kindly take strict actions.

It has various brands as usual but interesting point is it has few chairs to sit,so that you can spend more time and shop more.
