The owner of Shivalaya guest house was very warm and welcoming. He guided us through our trip. You can talk a walk of 15 mins to reach ghat. Or auto is also available at 10 rs per person. Rooms are clean enough. U can actually ask for help to them anytime. So give it a go whether a family trip or with friends 🥰

I had a wonderful experience at Shivalay Paying Guest House. The location is perfect, very close to Kashi Vishwanath Mandir and the main ghats, which makes exploring Varanasi so convenient. The rooms are comfortable and budget-friendly, offering great value for money. What truly makes this place special is the warm hospitality of the owner, Mr. Tushar Keshari, who is extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to guide guests. The staff is also very cooperative and ensures a homely atmosphere. The rooftop and balcony areas provide a peaceful spot to relax after exploring the city. Overall, it is one of the best places to stay in Varanasi if you are looking for comfort, affordability, and genuine hospitality. Highly recommended!
