0 Stars (If I could give negative ratings, I would). Avoid Samarpan Hospital at all costs. This place is nothing but a scam disguised as a healthcare facility. The entire staff—from nurses to receptionists—is shockingly careless, rude, and completely unprofessional. Cleanliness is non-existent, and basic facilities you'd expect in a hospital are either broken or missing altogether. If you dare to ask questions or show concern for your patient, get ready to be manipulated and emotionally blackmailed. The doctors here have one job: scare you into unnecessary treatments and push you toward their “partner” hospitals, just to inflate your bills. It’s a disgusting money-making racket. Your reports mean nothing unless they come from their preferred (read: commission-based) labs. They’ll flat-out deny or ignore any external reports, no matter how credible. Patient care is a joke here. No timely checkups, no follow-ups, and absolutely no accountability. If a drip is attached, no one will even bother to check it unless you keep shouting for help. And even then, the response is sluggish at best. This is not a hospital—it's a danger zone. If you care for your loved ones, take them anywhere but here. Samarpan Hospital should be shut down for negligence and malpractice.

Dr. Snigdha Singh seem to be very unprofessional, doesn't even allow the patient to speak out their condition. Listening to patients is the least a doctor should do. After my wife’s delivery, she has stopped paying attention and eventually we had to seek out a different doctor. Not to mention, cleanliness, staff behaviour, and fishing for additional reports continues to be an issue.

It was my first and last visit in this hospital, doctors are not available at the time even for emergency also, there is no cleanliness in hospital, I am 9th month pregnant even staff also don't know when will be doctor is present or not rude behaviour from hospital staff, can't book your appointment from home, for appointment you have to visit to the hospital early in the morning (5am to 7am) after then you will get appointment bad experience I have never seen sach type hospital in My life

She is very good doctor with a decent fees ,she helps in every possible way her nursing staff is little bit concern but overall she is very knowledgeable and helpful
