We book the form for 1 day from app then extended the form for another day . Good room room was spacious. Good customer service. Hot water was arranged by them. Wonderful experience

It is too noisy in the dormitory. The dinning for guests and the dormitory beds are in one hall and also the owner working in that same hall as well. Service was good. Dormitory not well maintained.And it was also a task to find the hotel through maps😅. Not recommended.

The hotel is worst hotel to stay at. First when we went to banaras, the hotel was present at a small lane. He made us wait for 30 mins to give us a room. And when he finally gave, the room seemed like it was not cleaned properly and there was no geaser as like they had mentioned in any of the booking sites. The bedsheets were not changed, the rooms were dirty. We fought and asked for another room, in which the paan stains were present in the wash basin as it is. The customer service is very bad. Feels like all the reviews are fake. If you have an option to check for any other rooms please do so. There is no proper response from the owner. Washrooms are dirty and rooms are dirty

We booked a room and paid advance, when we went to location the property was located in a very narrow lane and it was very hard to find ( this is something which is not theajor propbly) problem is that when we checked In they gave us a room which was full and full of damp their was not even a window a small window which gets open towards shaft with smell. We denied our stay and for our advance return they said said the owner will give it back. It's been multiple calls and message first their was not response and now they denied giving it back. After looking all the good reviews which seems like fake we booked the property and this is what we got back. Honestly I won't recommend this to anyone.

We stayed two days in Sada Shiv homestay. It was a nice experience, Rooms are good and hotel located in a good area so we can reach all prime locations in Kashi within 10 minutes . Manager of the hotel is always in reach so that we can communicate him at any time and he is good in response too.

Room was near and clean .We camed from Hyderabad and we used to only stay at this hotel whenever we used to visit Kashi. I will highly recommend to each devitess to visit this hotel which is not only near to Kashi Vishwanath Mandir but also serves pure south indian meals .

This was my first stay in Banaras. I stayed at Hotel Sada shiv. I had done online booking in which I got a room for total of 20 something. The rooms there were very nice and clean. The breakfast there was also very good.It was very good, the front desk staff Mr vishal was very helpful and friendly, she told me about all the local areas of Banaras and told me about the food there, the service there was the best

The Varanasi's WORST PLCE to BOOK a stay here. Not sure, how someone can put a positive review for this guest house to fool a new customer. 1. The route (Goole Map) is wrong, The pin location ends before 500 mars of galli slum road. 2. No directions are there to find the road or hotel 3. Need to call the staff/owner few times to find the hotel 4. Such poor rooms, I won't keep my pets also, I have walked out from the stay after seeing the rooms.

I got the AC room at 1500 per night during Oct 2025. The room looks old and the building loby was untidy and has no lift. The hotel also lacked staff and had to wait for long if one needs something. Though it was a peak time but the hotel must increase staff according to seasonal rush.The only positive thing was the location of the hotel which makes easy to reach anywhere you want

Room was clean, & the staff behaviour also very kind and polite and the location is good enough to explore, and must recommendation of stay

Paid money and could not stay and did not even get refund as Uber/Rapido deny to go to this place and we had luggages. They arranged autos however the auto charges 200 for a mere 1.5kms distance. Staffs were helpful

Staff if not trained, The reviews are been asked forcefully by the manger. It is a budget hotel if you are with family do not go. Good for bachelor's as they can adjust. I won't recommend. Editing my review as the manger asked me to give 5star in front of him forcefully.
