The room is awesome for 3 people and lift service is available 24 hours, all the famous ghats are nearby, walking distance is 2k.😍😍😍😍
Room is ok which we got but service is very poor. Suggestion for owner if they want a bit of more positive rating then change your reception guy. He is ill-mannered, irresponsible and unprofessional. Every professional hotel atleast give towel and soap as complimentary without demanding, they don't give towels. It's ok that's not big deal but when asked about soap they only provided with one and response given by that reception guy that 'bas ek hi milega' that too ₹4 soap. You have to go 100 meter inside from road, dirt everywhere at that street. Conclusion, positives are busget friendly, above average room, lift service, washroom is good. I don't have to mention negetives again as i have already mentioned above.
It's was my 1st trip Varanasi with my son. I wanna share my experience about that trip Varanasi trip was very memorable with Rudra place hotel service neet nd clean room staff members nature good supportive nd always pretend active. Price also reasonable Aap sabhi jaye to bina soche smjhe yaha ruke ..... Happy
It's a very good hotel.. Very clean n tidy... Perfect location very near to the main temple of Vishwanath... Walking distance to the Ganga Ghat... Staff is very good.. Specially owner of the Hotel is very cooperative...
We have an worst experience. Fraud in disguise. Took money for an ac room but provided us a room with ac but with a damaged ac. Staff is not non responsive, they disappear if we cite the problem. Never ever gonna book this, Big big no
I wish I could give negative stars...the staff doesn't have basic etiquettes to talk ..worst hotel I've ever been in..would never ever suggest anyone to reside in it 😑 Edit to the reply : we didn't do any such thing like tying ropes etc ...infact the staff just forgot to turn off the water tank tap and there was water all around in the room the very next morning... The eve we just took the room the staff behavior was soooooo bad that we were just about to leave the hotel..and the person behaved rude just coz we asked for if we could get another room because although the infrastructure was okay...but the room was stinking badly and a bit suffocating and I think that's far far away from a valid reason for a hotel staff to talk soo loudly and rudely to the guest coming in the hotel... after just a night stay we took another hotel...this hotel is just 🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮
