Extremely Disappointed with the Staff Behaviour I have been a regular customer for my bathroom tiles and other requirements from R.K. Marbles, but today’s experience was extremely disappointing. The lady at the store had no idea how to deal with customers or how to speak politely. Basic manners and customer service are expected from any staff member, no matter their position. It’s unfortunate that small things like this can create such a negative image for a brand. I really didn’t expect this kind of unprofessional and rude behaviour, especially from a reputed name like R.K. Marbles. The management seriously needs to train their staff on customer handling and basic courtesy. Very frustrated and disheartened with today’s experience.

Pathetic Service!! The way the behave like they are the only seller in this earth. And all the local tiles they will give you on high rate. They will try to manipulate like this best and only you will get here. Yes they have variety but cost and quality wise pathetic!! Better you can get it from other local shop.. i would never ever to go on this Shop.

If you are looking for tiles, marble and sanitary wares then you should visit this store.They have good collection available here. Some of granite cost I think is higher so buy accordingly.They also have variety in sanitary wares and many different brands are available.I think the cost of marbles and granite are little high because they have huge collection and many staff in their shop.
