Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at Regalia. If you make the mistake of buying from here, be prepared for extremely poor fitting and alteration work. I had to visit the shop at least four times for my gown, and even after that, it was still not done properly. Not a single staff member was able to understand my problem or provide a proper solution. It feels like they are only surviving on their tag/brand name, not on quality of work or customer satisfaction. I regret choosing Regalia and would never recommend it to anyone. Even if you ask for assistance from senior staff or the manager, do not expect any real help or accountability. Please visit only at your own risk, and only if you are ready to waste your hard-earned money. It is quite strange to see so many positive reviews when the ground reality is completely different.

My sister and mother went for her wedding lehenga shopping today. While there is an immediate grandeur and glamour that was the first impression, rest of the experience was far from satisfactory. They were attended by some salesgirl (they couldn’t check her name), who was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. An experience of buying a wedding lehenga which is supposed to be a careful and big one was completely ruined by their unprofessional and unhelpful staff. A big NO to all the brides who are considering this as a prospective option in Gorakhpur.
