I bought one suit worth 5k. Extremely poor experience. The product got damaged after wearing it once, and the brand didn’t offer a replacement. They only stitched it and sent it back. Totally dissatisfied.

I had a terrible experience at Rajkumar Appareals. I bought a white shirt, and the salesperson (Vishnu) promised to replace a button within two hours, asking us to come back later to collect it. We rearranged our plans and waited around for 3 hours. When we returned after 3 hours, we were told to wait another 15–20 minutes because it was “getting ready.” After waiting 40 more minutes, I asked for the shirt back as-is, since they had already wasted nearly 4 hours of my time. To my shock, I found my white shirt lying on the floor — they just picked it up and handed it to me without even packing it properly. When I raised this issue with the manager at the billing counter, he told me they didn’t have the right buttons and that the market was closed since it was Sunday — meaning the salesperson had clearly lied from the start. When I asked for a replacement since the shirt was now dirty, the manager replied, “It’s a white shirt, it will get dirty again — you can wash it at home before wearing it.” This kind of response is completely unacceptable. No respect for customers’ time, no honesty, and no sense of responsibility. They make false promises they never intend to keep.

Worst Experience I’ve Ever Had with RAJKUMAR Apparels Agra I had the worst experience with RAJKUMAR Wedding Collection Showroom. I bought a dress from them at a high price. During the sale, the salesperson assured me that they would take care of everything — like adding cancan and making all necessary adjustments. Before making the payment, I noticed that the dress on display was dirty. When I pointed this out, the salesperson told me it was just a sample piece and that I would receive a new, spotless piece with all pearls and stones intact. However, when I visited the store again for the trial, the same dress was given to me — still dirty with visible spots. I had to ask them to get it dry-cleaned. They then mentioned that they would deliver the cleaned dress to my home. When the dress was finally delivered, I was shocked. It had holes, and many stones and pearls from the frills were missing. There were also glue marks visible on the fabric. When I contacted them again, they said they would fix the holes by replacing the damaged cloth. I requested a new piece instead, as I didn’t want a defective one. To my surprise, they told me I should be thankful to them for delivering the dress to my home and getting it dry-cleaned — but I fail to understand why I should be thankful for services that should have been basic in the first place. Even after all this, they refused to replace the dress. They only patched it by cutting the cloth, which made the dress uneven — one side longer and the other shorter. I strongly suggest you do not buy anything from them. Don’t be fooled by the showroom’s big name — they just make customers suffer and regret their purchase.

Pathetic staff , overpriced cloths , they speak the same goons language with customers even when you are accompanied with ladies and kids , clothes collection is just normal nothing exceptional , you can easily get same or even best quality cloths in lots of other places in Agra , DONT GO THERE , NOT WORTH OF YOUR TIME INSTEAD TRY SOME OTHER PLACES IF YOU WANT GOOD VALUE FOR YOUR MONEY.

One of the most PATHETIC AND TERRIBLE experiences ever buying wedding outfit. Rude behaviour by Dilip (the owner) and no attempt of even the slightest customer satisfaction

They have a good variety in women ethnic section (I have only visited that particular section). There were enough options to choose from and the staff was polite and were able to understand the requirement. Although, I felt the prices were a bit high. Other than it was good.

Collection is okay but Alteration services are poor. None of their tailer is skilled to do fittings of suits. Instead of customer satisfaction they are in hurry to sell suits, sherwani and lehengas, they have to nothing with customer satisfaction.
