I’ve shopped from this store multiple times in the last 4 months and spent over ₹5000. Recently, I faced a size issue with one T-shirt. When I tried to exchange it, the owner falsely claimed that I had worn the product, which was absolutely not true. Despite calling me to the store, they refused to exchange the item. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Such behavior from the staff shows how poor their after-sales service is. I had a very bad experience and won’t recommend shopping here again.
