We had done online booking from Kolkata . They are so nice , their behavior is so nice . we are happy for their service.
I had an absolutely terrible experience with this flower decorator for my sister's wedding. The staff displayed aggressive and bad behavior from the start—shouting at us over minor queries and being downright rude when we pointed out issues. Time management was a disaster; they arrived 2 hours late, causing chaos and delaying the entire event. The work was far from perfect: flowers wilted quickly, arrangements were sloppy and uneven, with mismatched colors and falling petals everywhere. No attention to detail, and they refused to fix anything without extra charges. Avoid at all costs—this ruined our special day and left us stressed and disappointed. Highly unprofessional!
I am very much impressed by the service of rahul flower decorators. They humbly delivered by order at a very reasonable price in a short time.
Best experience. I am here in noida and i called rahul bhaiyya… confirmed the bouquet.. selected flower and asked him to deliver in varanasi. He did it within 15 min that too with proper packaging . There was address confusion also but he and his agent patiently heard me and delivered it on time. They saved by big day. Thanks to them.
