Popular hospital is the best hospital in Varanasi, and The doctors there are excellent. I received excellent treatment there. And the staff there is also very good. Everyone talks to me nicely.

Very upsetting and disappointing experience I took my grandmother to this hospital in Varanasi to consult a cardiologist after she had already been admitted and fully tested for heart-related issues just two days earlier in Renukoot. We carried all her reports with us, hoping to understand the underlying issue and what the next steps should be. Instead, without explaining anything to us or even discussing a plan, my mother was taken straight into the CCU and admitted. There was no communication, no clarity, and no effort to reassure or involve the family in decisions. When you come to a hospital already anxious about a loved one’s health, the least you expect is transparency and empathy. Sadly, this experience felt more like a business transaction than patient-centric care. It caused a lot of unnecessary stress and distress. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone looking for honest guidance and clear communication.

The worst service and ambiance I have ever witnessed is with Popular hospital and the most dusting thing is the behaviour of the employee setting in front cabin of mother and child care building,don't know how to attend patients or visitor or how to make some one good about Services. All employees in Popular Hospital,DLW road near fly over are just waiting for there duty time to get over & hence month so that they get salary credited (even admin incharge also said the same thing for them). The worst pathetic experience ever had while roaming around in hospital with a patient (a pregnant lady) because the hospital staff is clue less don't know the hairarchy of there hospital management. Though I visited there after contacting customer service team of hospital Ms.Lovely. Still not satisfied,very disappointed.

Worst Hospital in Varanasi, not sure how peoples has given 4.3 ⭐ must be faked. Doctor and Nurse hospitality is complety unprofessional and rude. They behave like God and we are slaves/servants. Better not to go in this hospital, I lost my father's life here.
