Have been using their LED and using it since last 2 years yet they delivered the old used product. Such a cheap company. Will not recommend this company to anyone! Dont order products from pixel led
I purchased a Pixel LED product from this company about a year ago, and since then, I’ve been continuously following up for service and support — but there has been no proper response. The contact numbers and support team never pick up calls, and most reviews on this website appear fake as the real customers are not getting any service at all. If I don’t receive proper service or resolution soon, I will be raising a formal complaint with the consumer forum and legal authorities for non-compliance and service denial. Very disappointed with the after-sales service — highly unprofessional experience so far.
Very poor after-sales service from Pixel LED Private Limited. It’s been almost a year since installation, and the team committed to 2 years of service support — but in reality, their response is extremely slow and disappointing. We’ve been following up continuously with both Mr. Sandeep (owner) and Mr. Siraj (sales/support), but no proper action has been taken till now. Every time we are told “a technician will visit today”, but months go by without any visit or resolution. Currently, 3–4 modules are not working, and there are also FRC and board issues pending. If the company cannot provide service, they should be honest about it rather than making false commitments. We are extremely disappointed and hope the management finally takes customer service seriously — because this kind of delay and lack of response is completely unprofessional.
