Rude CS took my money and no response after that just because I asked them questions. Would never deal with this seller again. Its as if they r doing us a favor by selling stuff.

Really unprofessional and will dupe customers. Even though the shop has really good collections undoubtedly, even experienced people might get duped if you are not completely alert. Don’t get me wrong the pieces sold are not fake, they are a 100 percent real. But their tactic to dupe is different. They will always show you pieces which are on the higher end of prices, even if you mention a range. We selected an exquisite piece for my husband, a kurta fabric which they suggested we get stitched (this is where the scamming part comes). So we went ahead and went for stitching with their tailors. They also offered super fast stitching. We went ahead thinking that it’ll be good because it might be a hassle to get it stitched elsewhere. The shop they took us to, tried to convince us that their POS wasn’t working, and took the payment on an individual’s UPI. Moreover, they did a shabby tailoring job and leave very less margins in the stitching, so it’s difficult to alter it as well. I would just like to make it clear that there was no representative from Nazakat when we were at the tailoring shop, they just guided us to the shop and didn’t stay, let the tailors dupe us on purpose because…incentive! Just FYI, people visiting from outside of Lucknow, even if you buy fabric, DO NOT GET IT STITCHED LOCALLY. Buy ready made or if you have a good tailor in your place of residence take the fabric there. Do not trust these shops. They will be superficially courteous all the time duping you.

I ordered a dress online and paid the money in advance. But I have not yet received the item or any info about the deliver. I tried to communicate with them in Instagram ans the person who is handling is not at all giving any response. Once in a while they will write that the product will be shipped soon. Now the they wrote after several messages from my side that u may get it tomorrow. I don’t know what to do? I tried to contact the numbers in the website and no response. Please tell me what else should I do to get it ?

I have bought many kurtis and dresses from this shop. No doubt always got a compliment wearing each of them. Waiting to visit the shop offline as well in near future.

My first order with Nazakat chikan, excellent material, elegant work. Looks amazing, just as in the video / picture shown. I was a little sceptical to order online but had the delivery in 5days after the order day (this includes a weekend). Happy with the order. However, I would have given five stars or beyond if they had a better customer service such as providing tracking number, delivery details and responding to queries on time after the purchase. I would definitely recommend buying from this place but just have to deal with the poor customer interaction. Hopefully, should get better going forward :)

This was my second time ordering, disappointed this time. The owner refused to respond to multiple polite requests about the product delivered not matching to what was shown. When it was time to order he made false promises and was prompt in responding and made me order two kurtas. Once the product was delivered he refused to answer my texts. That confirmed that he dumped whatever he had on me. His products might be good but we pay a pretty high price on them and expect a good customer service. Never going back!!
