I recently completed a two-night stay at your hotel, and unfortunately, the experience was profoundly disappointing, especially considering the price paid. My main issue was the unacceptable state of the room and the utter failure of staff to address the issue. Upon checking in, I immediately noticed the bed sheets were visibly dirty, with hairs spread across them. This is not just a minor oversight; it's a fundamental failure of hygiene for a paid accommodation. I complained to the staff not once, but twice to request that the sheets be immediately changed or cleaned. Regrettably, no one listened, and the issue was never resolved during my two-night stay

It's located within a very narrow street. Staff are rude. Rooms are dirty and not maintained. They don't honor what is committed while booking. Moreover never book from Agoda. They have false information displayed. They just know how to loot money
Rooms are pathetic. Unhygienic, infected with bugs & ants 1100 rooms was not even worth of 200rs
The incharge person is the worst. I would recommend not to come at this place as this is far from every spot and it is quite inside the main gate. The charges are quite high and if you want room please come to ghat area like dashashwamedh ghat and there are many room service at every corner

Booked through Agoda. The room advertised AC but there was no AC in the room. They did nothing to help us. Very dirty, the filthiest room I have ever stayed in. The shared bathroom was smelly and dirty. Every morning the owner played very loud music outside our door at 7:00am for 30 minutes. Worst place to stay in Varanasi, do not stay here.
Worst accommodation is the most softly worded response that I can give to this place. Neither the location is good as it is very difficult to locate this place, nor is the behaviour of the staff encouraging. And above all, the rooms are full of rats and are in such bad shape that you would need to go to a hospital straight after a stay at this hotel.
