It is over priced. They cost you a bomb, avoid this store.
We went in the shop on 30/6/25 and bought clothes of around 12 thousand rupees and requested the sales girl named KHAN a middle aged lady to send the products through Currier as they promised that the Currier service is available. Although I received those products after 10 long days. But surprisingly I found 6 no of ladies kurtas are missing. I contacted them but received no positive reply .Staff are not cooperative...Pl avoid visiting the shop. They are big fraud......
It's okay. Staff deals politely but I think the cost is about 2 x then other places. You should always go with free choice not by the help of taxi driver suggestions or local guides.
The shop owner and employees are cheats. They scammed me of 22000INR for a few chikankari tops and two sarees. Later when I visited the Lucknow airport, I saw that the same pieces were cheaper at the airport than at this store. It was my fault that I trusted our cab driver as he took us there. Not sure what comission was discussed and in the end I got cheated. Even now, if I check websites like ada, lucknowchikankaari etc. the same top would cost me 1250 etc whereas this shopkeeper charged 2650. I have the bill also for it. Would never trust this guy again!! DONOT VISIT THIS SHOP, YOU WILL GET TOTALLY SCAMMED!!!!
If I could give negative stars I would give -5 ....Thugs they r, we went through Veena world and visited shop in a grp ,these ppl made sure to take everyone separately upstairs or downstairs, they were hinting each other even the guide who joined our Veena world grp, he must be getting commission. Prices r double and then they will give 10% discount that to they will show off as though they r favouring us. No prices or sizes mentioned on garments.... when I read comments on Google, it confirmed what I experienced there, I went and returned whatever I had bought the very next morning. Just be aware. Sewa shops opposite to this r good, they have many branches and you'll get a very good experience there.
Thugs they are! They've sold us two suits claiming that quality is best and cloth has required meter measure for stitching. However, the cloth measure was too low to be stitched and the quality of cloth was below par. No one should ever buy clothes from this shop. Also, none of their contact number will work and there is no return policy either.
