I visited KSR Handlooms recently to purchase a Pattu saree, but unfortunately had a disappointing experience. When you're making a high-value purchase like a Pattu saree, the shopping experience should be respectful and pleasant. Sadly, that was not the case here. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and provides proper training to their staff to treat customers with courtesy and professionalism.

I had a very disappointing experience at KSR Handlooms Boutique section. The salesperson for pattu sarees did not treat customers well and did not show the sarees properly. You will find good variety of saries here. But design and colors are limited for some verities. The shop is on the second floor but they make you remove slippers at ground floor it self, way before you enter the lift, a bit wierd. Staff is not very good with hindi or English but manageable. Overall if you are in chirala and a sari lover you should visit this place.
