No response from any medicine And very bad response from doctor

Takes too long to cure n medicines are costly also. After taking medicines for 4-5 years my medical problem still not cured, which they took guarantee of.

My mother was troubled by arthritis for the last 3 years, the allopathic doctor had advised to change the knee, but the mother did not want to do the operation, then we contacted the doctor at Jiva Ayurveda Varanasi, the doctor assured and said , for this, you will have to get Panchakarma done along with the medicine, and you will also have to follow diet chart. Believe me, after 7 to 8 months of treatment, today the knee is completely fine and survived the operation, thanks a lot to Jiva Ayurveda.

🚨Remember if something is free then you are the product.🚨 They are fraud. Dr. Vivek Kumar literally does not have any knowledge. He diagnosed me wrong sold me unnecessary meds for 8 months which worsen my problem and I had to went through a surgery to recover. Since 26 march 2025, I still have 1 month of medicines which had cost me 4,200 rs. and even it this they didn’t gave me 10 days of medicines due to the unavailability which they told me after the billing. Staffs+ doctors+ specialist doctor they are very reckless.

Lack of Transparency: Money gouging in the name of Ayurveda ( Unfortunately I have to give 1 Star to post this otherwise I have not have provided any star) The location is charging your credit card , before even providing the details of the medicines they are selling. When asked for details we were told it will be printed on the invoice and the invoice simply has "No Refund Policy" which means you are struck with unnecessary quantities and big size bottle. I understand that they cannot refund for medications which were specifically made for you but they also refused to refund the standard bottled product. Here are few things which made us believe that they were not being honest: a) They will sell you the big size bottle whereas small size bottles are available to get more money. b) Since it is all their in house product the rates they are charging are exorbitantly very high. Comparable product are at 60% rate in open market. c) Some of their own products are selling at 15% discount of their own website and 10% off on Amazon where as in the clinic they are charging full price. d) When confronted about the quantity and price all the staff grouped together and tried to intimate us by calling names. Totally unacceptable behavior.
