It was a nice stay here. comfortable and clean rooms. polite and cooperative staffs. location was a cherry on top. As It was my solo trip, so my concern was safety first and I am glad to say that this hotel made me feel really really very safe and secure. 😊

The hotel is close to PDR Mall and visitors can go to the Ashwamedha ghat aarti location by walking through a straight road. Outstation cars are not allowed to go up to the hotel and barricaded at about 800 metres. Cycle rickshaws are available to commute the distance. Many restaurants are available with south Indian food around the hotel. Local call taxi service is available from ola and uber and the taxi can come very close to the hotel for pick up (about 70 MTRS).

There is only ONE positive thing about this hotel, the location. There are just too many NEGATIVE things about Shree Radha Krishna Hotel Varanasi. 1. In December 2025, there was no food facility in the hotel. The hotel does NOT have any restaurant or food facility. There is a newly opened small restaurant adjacent to it but they open after 10am and serve to their seated customers mostly. If you want to have tea or food delivered in your room, you have to request one of the people of the hotel and wait endlessly for their service. This is a HUGE DISADVANTAGE for guests at this hotel. 2. Having sensors in the bathroom door is LESS IMPORTANT than having hot water in the bathroom. A number of rooms do NOT have hot water facility. The centralised water heating system does NOT work all the time and we did not get hot water for TWO full days in December 2025. 3. If you are travelling with elderly people, pack of food service and inconsistency of hot water are MAJOR PROBLEMS in this hotel.

The staff is very friendly, and the hotel is very, very well located — you can walk to many of the main spots. That said, be aware that the area is quite noisy, so I recommend asking for a room at the back of the hotel and avoiding rooms close to the street. Compared to many other places in Varanasi, the hotel offers good quality. Just keep in mind that the rooms are simple, but the bed is comfortable. During the four nights I stayed, the shower water was cold once, which seems to be related to frequent power outages in the city.

I recently stayed at Hotel Shree Radha Krishna in Varanasi, and while the hotel has its strengths, it also has some significant drawbacks. The hotel's location is excellent, with Kashi Vishwanath Temple and Dasaswamedh Ghat just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. However, the rooms were smaller than expected, with no ventilation or windows, making it feel stuffy and uncomfortable. The bathroom was also tiny, with no cross ventilation. The biggest issue was the lack of network connectivity in the room due to a jammer outside, and the Wi-Fi was also not working during our stay.

Rooms are bit small but service is very good also the Hotel location is on main road prime location.

Rooms and service are very very good. Especially sunny sharma and sathish tiwari were so kind and sweet. Everyone provided very good service. The hotel is on the main road and has in house hotel. Room service is also very prompt. Will recommend to everyone who prefers very peaceful stay. Please give all the staffs a raise for their exceptional service.

Hotel is at good location for people visiting Kashi Vishwanath temple, ghats & markets. Staff is helpful & service is great. Rooms are good, well maintained, though bit small.

The hotel and amenities were very good and the staff especially Mr. Saumya Sharma was excellent. They provide very good advise and support to the visitors. They have an in house guide who will be with the visitors during darshana , boat rides, etc. Overall an excellent experience. Highly recommend

This is extremely disappointed that hotel is such a cooperate which does not care about the human emotions.At the time of my kashi yatra unfortunately due to my father death i need to cancel my trip which was genuine.Keeping the circumstances when I asked for my refund for not staying at the hotel.Make my trip has taken all the required documents and finally faling to provide refund & saying we could provide you another coupon which will be useful for your next journey within a year. Does not even care for about situation a family going through and looting money. Never ever book from app anymore. The hotel is located near the Gudolia chowk and on the way to Dashwamegh ghat and Kashi temple. Due to traffic restrictions imposed by Municipality four wheeler movement is minimal, however common parking is besides this hotel. The rooms are decent size, where basic space is left besides the bed to roam freely. each room has AC, decent sized TV, attach bathroom. The rooms and well lit, neat and clean. Bathroom are just aptly sized to do the needful and has sensor based light and exhaus with 24 hr hot water. It was very clean and hygienic. Service is prompt and responsive. The hotel is near about major food restuarants however has an independent food restaurant at the entrance. Rooms on upper floors can be accessed through elevator too. Wi Fi speed was super . Overall a good stay for two nights with family.
