The staff was extremely courteous, the rooms were spotless, and the overall experience exceeded expectations.

The staff is polite, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Very bad hotel and service. The only thing provided was bed. The rooms were very basic of basic rooms with bare minimums. The room were dirty. Bathroom were pathetic , stained and dirty and there was no cleaning service. Too many mosquitos. There was no service at all for anything. ACs were not working. No attendant available. Only food available was homely and good. The location is good as it is opposite Arail Ghat. Not at all recommended. The rooms and service are not even worth Rs 1000 though we paid Rs 2600 per room. Not recommended at all specially family people.

The view from this hotel is just the best if you're considering to visit prayagraj for a great view of Ganga Ji then it's a good choice

Booked this hotel during my visit for Kumbh-thinking its nearby , but other than rooms there is nothing comfortable. Electricty fluctuations keep you frustarted, no food options. The person named Rahul doesnt bother to help you with food, all you need to do is book food through Zomato. Basic stay

Im going in non snan days of kumbh for 4 days Very assuring and im amazed by their response See i dont know about their rooms etc .i ve taken a basic room . Mam owner is very polite and assuring to assust in any look out After stay also will post pics n reviews
