The showroom staff and members were good and helpful, but there’s a different problem. I was billed for 4 bedsheets, even though I only purchased 3. They mentioned that the billing is fully automated, and I trusted the counter at the time of purchase. However, after returning home, I realised they charged me for an extra bedsheet. While ₹1,500 might seem small to some, it’s still my hard-earned money. Now they are not answering my calls, and at times the line says the call cannot be connected. DISAPPOINTED ! FEELING CHEATED!

I had a very disappointing experience at this handloom garden shop. The shopkeeper was incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I asked to view more options, I was told that I could only see more if I was ready to make a purchase, which felt very unprofessional. To make matters worse, I was asked to leave immediately after a brief interaction, which was both uncomfortable and frustrating. The lack of customer service and the rude behavior of the staff made me feel unwelcome. I will definitely be avoiding this shop in the future.This rude and disrespectful treatment left me with a very negative impression, and I would never return to a place that treats customers so poorly.

Be aware!! My husband was in a hurry so he couldn't check the saree (Pata Chitra), that does not means that they will hand him a faded saree which costs rupees 1898. I would not refer anyone to this shop. They are totally fraud. Google doesn't allows writing reviews with zero star, that's why I gave one star or else I would had gave nothing.... They said they would cal me. Its been 1 month, the didn't called me yet.....
