1 - Sweets r among the best. Gulab Jamun the best. 2- Staff (sweet section/ground floor) Should be managed well. Service can be improved. (Organization problem). Who call the shots there, no one knows. 3- It's look like the owner has no time to talk to his staff. 4- Restaurant food (first floor) is average. Need change of Chef. 5- Breakfast food is good. Not every item. 6- Upma I like the Most. Poha is worst. 7- I learnt today UPMA is no longer served here..(Sad) May 25 8- Upma is back again. I liked it. Awesome 18th june 25

I don't deny by the fact that food quality is good. But it is also important for them to understand that during rush hours if customer has to wait for seating in year 2025 than this not a good experience. It high time now that they should understand and start respecting the time of their customers. More than 40 years restaurant doesn't means that tjey have right to disrespect. Is this a good way to run the business by generations.? They should start thinking about this. It's a recent case that 5 number token person is alone and he is sitting on 4 seating table where other family with 4 members are waiting. This completely negligence or Non management skills in the Hospitality sector. This happens only when generations stay in complete ego that customer will keep on coming to us years on years. Manager is giving reason if that 1 person agrees we will adjust other family on that seat. In this city when this culture has been accepted can Mr. Harsh answer? All upcoming customers think twice before coming if your time is precious else you can enjoy waiting for 1 hour and then spend 1 more hour in enjoying the food.
We went for buying sweets around 1 pm on Saturday, as per the name it was mid level crowded. Sweet are good, we tasted and bought many all were nice and fresh. But the staff is a bit inattentive, they have a dining area, which is quite pleasant, with low light. For family and couples. The best part i feel is that they have a waiting area for the delivery guy nice and cosy. Which is quite convenient for customers and for different delivery partners too. The dinning area is on the first floor. So people who have difficulty in walk keep that in mind. I feel it's good it's just staff is bit inattentive make its unpleasant that's it. Otherwise it's fine. Ohh and parking is a big issue in that road we were fined for parking on road
Fine dining with good quality food. Even oily food doesn't feel our stomach is bloated Let's take an example of Samosa which is just ₹20 but very light. Overall I love this place and being a No Onion No Garlic person this is the best place in Gorakhpur for me and my family to spend some good times enjoying the meal or snacks.
