I ordered a rakhi and Cadbury chocolates from Mumbai to my brother in Karnataka for Raksha Bandhan (9th August). Today is 11th August — the only thing that has been delivered is frustration. Their customer service is a work of art — first, they make you run in circles with endless “processes,” then they magically disappear. Refund? Oh, that’s just a mythical creature in their world. Fern and Petal clearly operate on a unique business model: take your money, fail to deliver, and then perfect the art of being unreachable. If you want to make sure your festival is memorable for all the wrong reasons, they are the expert

Worse service and gifting site. I ordered the cake for my wife’s birthday, all my guests are here and they haven’t delivered it yet. Everytime I call them they say, we are sorry but we are trying to deliver it as soon as possible. It’s humiliating. Don’t ever go with FnP, they are nothing but swindler! Cheaters with poorest of service. Taken money, assured timely delivery and then all they can do is say sorry. Pathetic and hopeless service. My money went to waste, and all my guests are already leaving! Never trust FnP. Wastage of energy and money!

Extremely Disappointed – Unreliable and Unprofessional Experience I had an absolutely terrible experience with Fonts and Petals. I placed an order well in advance for a birthday—an occasion that comes once a year and holds sentimental value. Not only did they delay the delivery by over 5 days, they kept making false promises that it would be delivered “tomorrow” even after the birthday had passed. Despite repeated follow-ups, there was no proper communication. Their local representatives kept saying they’d connect me to someone in charge (apparently based in Gurugram or Delhi), but that never happened. And then, to make things worse, they cancelled the order without even informing me. They ignored my calls and showed absolutely no sense of responsibility or customer care. If you can’t handle the pressure of timely deliveries or manage basic communication, you really shouldn’t be running a customer-centric business. Taking bulk orders you can’t fulfill not only damages your credibility but breaks the trust of customers who count on you for meaningful occasions. Honestly, even if other websites deliver average-quality products, they at least keep their word and don’t emotionally disappoint people. Fonts and Petals, please consider shutting shop or completely overhauling your service—because right now, you’re just misleading and letting people down. Absolutely would not recommend.

This review is for fern and petal online: I have ordered a Gudhal plant as a birthday gift for my aunt. And it wilted away just in one day. They charged almost Rs.800 for online purchase and delivery. I have attached the photo of the plant. You can see how it wilted in one day only, performed poorer that a flower bouquet ! Certainty the owner did not grow it in the pot but just plucked from somewhere and dumped it the container. May be they are good for flowers but worst for plants. Very poor customer service. Update: This is to respond to the message below. I did discussed with the company on phone and they denied to extend any support. Only thing they offered was a Rs250 coupon which I declined.

Really bad experience on my bday , my friend had ordered me lucky bamboo , the flask was broken . Imagine someone sending you this on your bday . Also another bouquet which I received , cut my hand . The quality in Varanasi is really detoriated . I would suggest go look for some other option. Have a look yourself !
