Worst stay ....... rooms are so small , not clean, even the location is so interior. Not worthy at all. The pictures given are totally misleading. Better to cancel trip instead staying here

Not Recommended — Please Visit Before Booking I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. There is no lift, which is very inconvenient. The rooms are in poor condition and not well maintained. The washroom is extremely small, and the western toilet was in terrible shape. The customer service was the worst part — very unprofessional and unfriendly. I requested just one glass of hot water and they refused, which felt very inhumane and unacceptable. Overall, I strongly suggest finding a better hotel. This place is not worth the money or the trouble.

This is not a professional hotel. This is guest house . Room is not large but clean. Bath room is also clean. Service is very good. Ajay pandit the owner ,his behaviour is very good and very cooperative. Location is also good. From guest house to Dhashamedh ghat is500 m. And temple is 500 m. Market, resturent, food is very close to guest house. Easily reachable from Girja ghar. All facilities are available here. Final review is very good and safe.

Staff behavior is good, We stayed for 3 days but they didn't not come to clean room for a single day. They don't have hand shower in their bathroom. Rest everything is good

I had booked a room at a family guest house in Varanasi. They mentioned that the cost would be ₹2500 for four people, which I accepted. Based on the room photos I saw, I thought it would be a good choice. After that, they informed me that I had to pay 50% of the total amount upfront, and the rest upon arrival. I paid half in advance. However, when we arrived, we realized that the guest house was located in a narrow alley, not directly opposite Dashashwamedh Ghat as they had said. It was almost 2 kilometers away, and there were no auto-rickshaws or rickshaws to reach there, making it very difficult. The road was in such a poor condition that it's hard to explain. Although I understand that it's not the hotel's fault, they should have informed us about the exact location. We had even called them, and they promised to send someone to guide us, but no one came. We had to find the place ourselves. Once we finally reached the room, we had already paid the full amount because they knew that once we saw the room, we might not stay. I've traveled to many places, and I've never experienced a situation where the full payment was taken in advance. The room itself was not as described. There was no lift, and the stairs were in a terrible condition, making it very difficult to climb. It was more like the owner's house with a few rooms turned into a guest house. There was no regular cleaning, and the service was very poor. The geyser and AC were not functioning properly. Whenever we left the room, the main switch was turned off, which is not the correct way to treat customers.

ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED!! The room was too dirty, bedsheet and washroom are in its worst condition. The caretaker/manager had a lot of attitude even there's no facilities provided as shown in their listings. The electricity cuts off frequently, had to stay in without electricity, even the celling fan was too slow. There is no transportation available to the hotel, the street had no entry for vehicles between 8am - 11pm . After 1.5km walking from the wide road, you have to walk another 800meters in a narrow alley-way(gali) to reach the hotel. In a simple word you have to walk alot to reach the hotel, streets are dirty. Full of chaos. Facilities not provided even for the water had to ask several times. Bathrooms are stinky and taps are leaking. No ventilation,tiny rooms (not as the picture) And the worst behaviour and hotel I had ever stayed Not recommended at all ...even staying at ghats would be better than this hotel

I have booked the hotel through MakeMyTrip. After seeing the reviews I thought of cancelling it. But I want to confirm it not by seeing a review want to confirm with eyes.After seeing it good. What others are expecting for two star hotel. It's very budget friendly. I am feeling okay with it.

Located near the Kashi Vishwanath temple, I thought this is the most accessible hotel specifically if one is planning for Sparsh Darshan. The main disadvantage is that we had to walk for approx 1 km from Girjaghar chouraha till here. The hotel staff did not escort us to guide through the street maze. Solely relied on google maps. Rooms were not clean - bed bugs, dust. We were charged 1500 - 3 people in an AC room. Otherwise fare is 1200. Does not seem fair to me considering it as a guest house. I had booked 3 AC rooms. 1 AC room is located on each floor - we were allotted 3 rooms on 3 floors. Lol. That was really disappointing as visitor is obvio unaware of the room location. The owner stays at ground floor and visitors are allotted rooms from 1st floors. Hence, it is not recommended for senior citizens.

We stayed three nights at this guest house. The main guy was polite. The location is very central which is a plus. We got one of the big rooms for 1200 rupees, which was not worth it at all. The room was dirty, there were bugs in the bed; coming out of our pillow cases, and food crumbs were all over. The toilet was dripping all the time, and the toilet was wet all day. There was mouse dropping over the sink. We made a complaint to the agency we booked through, the agency was very responsive, however, the manager came on the second day and offered to move us to a better room on the third day(last day) but we didn't hear from him on that day, so we dropped it, since it was our last night anyway. It's not a scam, it seems that they try to keep it maintained, but this is what we got for the three days we stayed there. In general, it was very uncomfortable being there, but if all you need is a roof and security, you'll find that.
