We selected a golden-colored outfit for my daughter’s Mehndi, and every detail was discussed thoroughly to ensure the final piece matched the one in their showroom. It was clearly stated—both in person and on WhatsApp—that the color would not change. However, when the outfit was delivered, it was not made according to the agreed-upon specifications. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, Savnit did not respond for four days. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, she refused to acknowledge the mistake or offer any resolution. Even after taking an advance payment, she refused to refund it and, instead of apologizing, told us not to disturb her. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of respect is unacceptable, especially in the fashion industry, where trust and customer satisfaction matter. I would not recommend Dhaaga to anyone looking for reliability and professionalism. A business that fails to stand by its commitments and disrespects customers is not worth trusting. Dear Savnit We would like to clarify a few points regarding our order. As stated previously, the outfit was not made according to our specifications. Contrary to your claim, we had scheduled appointments for the trial in coordination with your team. It is incorrect to suggest that we simply walked in without prior arrangements. Furthermore, you had assured us that the outfit would be an exact color replica, but when the incorrect color was produced, neither you nor your team took any steps to address the issue. With our function just 15 days away, a prompt and responsible response from your end could have allowed us to either take the outfit or place an alternative order. Unfortunately, that did not happen. To be clear, we are not requesting a refund of the advance payment. However, we are disappointed by the lack of resolution and accountability in this matter. We hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure better handling of such situations in the future. Your ego and disrespect towards elders is not called for
