Indiscipline staff , I went first time along with my 2.8 year kid and my mom to buy some clothes I bought saree during which my daughter does potty in her diaper so I used there washroom, I put her diaper wipes and everytime in plastic and kept aside in washroom as there were no dustbin inside that, I thought the cleaner will come and pic her diaper and all stuff so I kept that in washroom. After that I went to 2nd floor for buying sweater the lady staff of that department was busy attending another customer so I stood over there although I was on her counter she didn't ask me anything however in few seconds 3rd floor staff came and told me to pick that plastic which I kept in washroom, I said ok and remain stand where I was as I had to buy some more stuff but the lady staff which do not even ask me why I am standing in her counter started shouting me to pick the plastic and throw outside , it made me so hyper I too responded them exactly the same but the whole staff started arguing with me, At the counter even the staff misbehaved with me while making payment , he forcefully asked to make cash payment instead of card payment, I replied accordingly. This kind of ill mannered and illetrate staff were there in this branch. Specially the black married lady standing at the sweater counter. I would suggest never to visit this kind of place it spoied my mood and day both. I will never visit there store. Also they do not have enough stock.

Very disappointed with my recent purchase. I bought a saree just two days ago, and it has scratches in 4–5 places across the fabric. When I went back to the store to request a return, the manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. They used to offer good quality products, but now it feels like they’re just relying on their name while selling poor quality items. Definitely not what I expected from them.
NICE AND CLEAN AND VERY ECONOMICAL. THEY ARE NEIGHBOURS ALSO SO WE GET EVERY CLOTHING PERSONAL AMD FOR HOSPITAL PURPOSES CLOTHES THERE. I OWNER OF SENGAR LIFE CARE HOSPITAL BESIDE BIHARI LAL CHOUDHARY SHOP RECOMMENDED THAT THIS STORE IS BETTER THAN OTHERS.
