DO NOT TRUST THE GOOGLE REVIEWS — THEY ARE FAKE! The owner may speak very politely, but the service staff is completely untrained and careless. They damaged both my car’s suspension and engine during service. When I came to pick up my car, engine oil was leaking right in front of them, and there was smoke all over the bonnet. I had to spend ₹15,000 on suspension repairs, yet the noise is still there. Even the coolant they filled was diluted with water, which my authorized service center later confirmed was useless. Avoid this place at all costs.

Your team's efforts are worth appreciating in terms of their skills, politeness, their promptness to attend and resolve any issues and many more. My car ac was not working and it was a tiring job to get it fixed. But all the members of Baaz Service Centre when they receive my car, they not only identified the problem but also put their best efforts to resolve it beyond their working hours. Even post servicing i faced some issue in my car while going back home and want to get it rectified next day but when I appraised them they were happy to fix it on the same day though it was 0745 PM. But once visited the issues were attended with full enthusiasm and they get it fixed. If you wish to service from labour you can go there otherwise don't trust Worst service of my lifetime. Services done by labour they don't know how to do engine flush. He put the engine flush and started engine for 2 minutes and then drain the engine oil He does not know how much engine oil need to be put in someone saying 3.5 someone saying for someone saying 4.5. No technical person available all labour and one reception person. And over that they charge 1800 rupees for labour charge and that to without GST. The reception person was saying GST is applicable after MRP If you want to service from labours you can go there otherwise do not trust
