I had a very disappointing experience during my recent hospital visit. I had booked the earliest available appointment due to other commitments, but upon arriving and paying the consultation fees, I was informed by the staff that the doctor had not yet arrived—even though, according to the schedule, she was supposed to be available an hour earlier. After waiting for half an hour, Dr. Divya Agarwal finally came. The process of calling patients was completely unorganized. Instead of following the appointment numbers, the nurse was calling patients randomly. My appointment number was 5, yet despite repeatedly asking about my turn, the nurse simply replied that there was “no number system.” Only after I insisted several times did she finally take my file and call my name. Inside the consultation room, the experience was no better. The doctor asked me to sit nearly 10 feet away from her, which felt extremely unprofessional, especially since we are paying for proper medical attention. There was no nurse available to record my weight and blood pressure—I had to request them to do it. To make matters worse, while checking my BP, the nurse was busy chatting and laughing with a colleague, right in front of the doctor. The doctor barely reviewed my previous reports and within two minutes asked me to leave the cabin. The entire process felt rushed, careless, and highly unprofessional. Considering the high consultation fees, I expected far better service and basic courtesy, both from the staff and the doctor. This experience was a complete disaster, and it is beyond my understanding how such a hospital is being managed with so little professionalism and patient care. In the suggestion of my sister I went here her experience was good 5 year back no everything is messed up
Very bad hospital. The doctors are not at all punctual and are very late .... They make patients wait several hours..... Not at all recommended. Yne medical guys are also very slow. The receptionist doesn't give clear answers and has no idea about the doctor's whereabouts.... consider any other hospital but not this one.....
The entire hospital staff is very useless. Everyone is very unprofessional, untrained and rude. The staff here doesn't even have the patience to talk. People go only because of the doctor, otherwise no one would go because of these staff. The medical guy is always missing. Very bad experience
A good hospital. It has two branches. One at city station and other at mehmoorganj. Nearly all kinds of doctors available. Both the hospital are nursing homes too. IVF centre are also there at both the hospitals. The doctors are experienced and nice. Can be considered once. I recommend for delivery.
Hospital staffs are good & cooperative. The Trauma Center is also good. If you have any bone related problem then you must visit here because here is a Doctor who is Ortho specialist named Dr. Ashutosh Agrawal & he is one of the best doctor of Ortho in Varanasi.
