Myself Dr. Vivek Tiwari I had one of the most disappointing and regrettable experiences at this clinic. I spent ₹1.5 lakh on their skin treatment, and instead of seeing any improvement, my skin has become worse than before. The products they provided were of extremely poor quality and caused allergic reactions, leading to new dark spots and pigmentation on my face. Even worse, when I tried to discuss my concerns politely, the doctor became irritated, dismissive, and defensive instead of listening or helping. There was no accountability, no proper guidance, and absolutely no professional behaviour. For the amount of money they charge, the results and service are shockingly bad. This is my honest and personal warning: ➡️ I strongly advise people not to waste their money here. ➡️ The treatments are ineffective, overpriced, and can worsen your skin condition. ➡️ Customer care is poor, and the doctor shows no empathy or willingness to help once the payment is done. My experience has been extremely disappointing, and I truly regret choosing this clinic.
