We bought for nearly 14 thousand all fabrics got faded in first wash.. Disappointed about the fabric of Odisha..
Poor quality clothes. Colour fade in very first wash. When complained over phone gave a very poor response. Pray Lord Jagannath ji for ⚖️.
Cheater and fraud people. I visited the shop on 4th April and purchased fabric cost around 4500/-. They assured that they will send the items through courier and charged 230 for courier wt around 2 kgs. After 12 days the items came with wt 1 kg 200gm. They sent through india post cost 99 rs and without proper packaging. I have returned the package. Now all my time ,effort and money and trust stucked with no assurances. I want the management to repay the purchased amount to me or sent the proper items purchased by me.
I visited the shop with lots of hope to get a good pata saree and to see the collection. When I walked in, I couldn't see the collection but the behavior of their staff was clearly visible. These people behaved so rudely when they found out we are odia. They only show their interest in their Bengali customers. That's what I feel. First of all they really need to increase knowledge on the product.because when I asked them to show me tissue pata, they showed me kanjivaram saree which is very unprofessional.When I asked them to show some more collections,they started looking at each other and laughed and simply ignored us.One of their staff started arguing with us which is pathetic.When I confronted him, he resorted to rudeness and made me feel as if I couldn't afford anything.because of this I had to come out empty handed.I don't feel like giving even 1 star. If there was zero star I would have given it.
Seems a decent shop, but cannot say mucb about the quality..the salesman manipulated the prices when we asked first to what we wanted to buy. Had to come out without buyinh
