They have better collection as compared to similar stores and that's all they have... No professionalism,no credibility and no accountability... They will show importance to the customer only till the bill is paid after that they have zero responsibility. Any issue with their fitting or finishing they behave as if they have no time or they don't care as they already have more customers and on the top of that there employees will say yahan aise hi hota hai...yhi hota hai...it's ok...apko hi issue lg rha hai...our work is fine... Even the owner will tell the same arrogantly and try to convince that urs is a small issue...we have itne ka order utne ka order to isme kya badi baat hai instead of improving their services and taking credibility of their poor service... Pathetic behaviour... pathetic service Purchase at your own risk..

Abhishek Traders located in Indira Nagar, Lucknow, has worse service than a street vendor. I would not advise anyone to buy anything from this shop because the service of this shop is very bad. I bought my saree for ₹10,000 and they took it for 7 days to get it stitched and till date they have not even stitched it and returned it without even doing any stitching. Even the street vendors do not provide such poor service. They provide better service than this. That is why I would advise everyone to never buy anything from this shop.

worst customer service....they implement their own rules....no video calls as per their new norms...I don't know who empowers sch pvt entities to make sch absurd rules to harass their customers..n y do even ppl agree with sch idiotic rules n regulations of sch idiotic pvt entities..these days customers are being treated as slaves I guess...spend ur hard earned money n in return u will be served with zero customer friendly services ....they keep on insisting to buy their attires evn if u tell them that u need only one or two....if u purchase two items they keep on insisting to buy their other two or more what a pathetic n irritating behaviour it is...it feels like suffocating...u can't evn show liking for any product the staff around u gonna read evn ur face expression n start pressurising u to buy more items....we r going for shopping n wants to njoy it nt to b threatened n feel suffocated...stop this nonsense behaviour.

I can't emphasize enough how utterly appalling my experience at Abhishek traders Indira Nagar store was. We politely asked the staff if we could video call our relatives to show the product that we were about to purchase. In reply the store manager was extremely rude and started arguing unnecessarily and literally came to our face seeing that we had ladies and 9 months baby with us. Upon which the argument escalated. In return all the staff members literally 8 -9 people turned aggressive, sneering and blocking our path. Within minutes they start to ambush us, shoving like animals fighting over scraps. They all encircled our family in a full blown orchestrated attempt to attack. The physical intimidation was so blatant, our ladies and baby literally feared. We left shaken and traumatized. This isn't merely poor service— its a criminal behavior masquerading as retail. We are definitely gonna lodge a complain against the Abhishek trader Indira Nagar’s owner and their staff who all were involved will now face the consequences. Avoid going to this store at all cost unless you and your family want to risk being bullied, humiliated or physically assaulted. Excellent unique collection in stock and this sales person Munin went above and beyond to help us and even advised us against buying an expensive dress for my son as it was little small for him. He had patience and helped put on dresses for my son and guided us for choosing the best options. Highly recommend them!

Worst store, bad staff, and rudest owner with very kiddish behaviour. He tells his customer the reason for bad fabric is that you are wearing it wrong. If you want a good fight scene and a place where owner cares zero about his customer, perfect place to go.
