Done a Haircut & Balayage Hair Colour, feeled very refreshed and fabulous after my visit to Zest and Zeal Studio Salon, Guwahati for the first time and I am totally satisfied. Specially the owner of the Salon, Srishti Ji is very sweet, her behaviour and her warm welcome towards me whenever I visit there is very impressive. I just loved it. Obsessed with the results. I being a north east already have straight hair. Coz i have very light hair which can be seen flying on my scalp, i thought of doing straightening.I went to this salon for hair straightening after seeing all the good reviews. After one day of straigtening, I could see some small curvy hair bends that is before even the wash. As suggested I washed my hair after 3 days, I had to make hairdo as i was to attend wedding .. I did khupa.. but after the wash , I could see small hair bends .. i tried to straighten them but don’t go away..I don’t stay in ghy. I had time constraint and back to back attend parties and some other commitments with my families. I went there for a solution to get this fixed after I am done with all the commitments. To my surprise she asked me to do keratin and charge the full amount again for the session.. I went there just to fix my light hair to get some weight and make me look for clean with the straight hair.. but i had to do all the sessions of strughtening and keratin treatment for 14-15k . With the same money I could have straightened my hair witb global hair colour.in additional I would have got highlight too as I used to do in south delhi.. they didn’t even do the colouring.. With all those treatments, My hair looked dull with bleached colour coming out and left with all the grey hairs I have.. With all those money spent, i have a normal straight hair which is worse than I already have from the beginning and left with the bleached very light brown hair colour coz i used to colour with my hair dark brown and with all the grey hairs popping up. I did a big mistake thinking it not to be premium parlour with normal prices. But then here charges are like premium parlour but the services are below average

Visited this salon today and it’s one of the best salon in town. The glow I got after the facial. Head massage was worth it. Skin felt clean and relaxed after pedicure and must say haircut and beard trim was on point. Enjoyed my visit , best in the city . I’m a permanent customer here

We have only visited here once and have nothing to complain about yet. So far it felt fancy and professional. Will update after more visits.

I went there twice- once for facial and once for haircut and hair spa. I liked the haircut, it was good for a 1000 bucks, for hairspa- the massage technique was good but they did not steam or towel wrap my head, which I feel is a very important part. Coming to the facial, it was bad. I paid 3000 bucks, the lady who did my facial was barely interested, didn’t know how to massage - no technique, barely even covered my entire face. It was straightaway bad and uncomfortable and I regret spending that money. It basically felt worse than a home facial, and also there is no improvement in my skin. So a big no for me. But the owner and his daughter are really sweet - she even gave me a complimentary massage on their massage chair while I was waiting an hour of my appointment time because the previous client was not finished. Just a constructive feedback here to improve on your staff

Today I visited this Salon by chance without any appointment. Even so, they were very polite to me and attended to my request. The place was super client friendly and well organised. The responsibilities and tasks were well distributed. Even housekeeping was among those tasks. The staff were very professional and friendly at the same time. Which helped to create a comfortable and relaxing experience to all the clients. They even offered a complimentary beverage and a sweet treat based on client's taste. I highly recommend Ms.Linthoi for facial hair removal. Less painful and very quick. Also Mr.Asif for hair care who gave me an incredible hair conditioner treatment. With a lot of care and enthusiasm. (My hair was damaged and looked like a coconut husk and at the end of the process it was smooth as silk) One of the most pleasant experiences I ever had so far. Overall, the Salon deserves a hundred stars!
