The fresh fruit cake I ordered for my birthday was soggy from the inside. Pomegranate was embedded in the bread making it an unpleasant experience to taste with the bread. Below average cake. No fluff(all soggy)in the bread part considering it was of refined flour not whole wheat or something else . Worst experience spoilt birthday charm .The high cost paid and the product received were in contrast. The baker needs to up their game, this is not what the customers expect after paying so much for the cake.

My every special occasion is incomplete without your cakes. I have tried many flavours of cakes and other things from your menu and every thing you bake is just superb but your almond butterscotch and lotus biscoff cheesecake are the bestest of best.
