A bit hard to find but if you go there you instantly feel like you’re a ‘family guest’. The people there from tailors to sellers are like one big family and you can sense their connection. Moreover they have so much wonderful products and the over the top service they provide was top notch. I bought 1 ready made blouse, and 1 saree and the blouse they stitched fit perfectly without any alterations needed and was made according to my design with the expertise of the tailor. I had such a great experience shopping for a saree online with Sacred Weaves! From the very beginning, they were so helpful and responsive. We got on a video call where Aditi patiently showed us all the sarees, and even after the call, she sent us pictures and videos on WhatsApp based on what we were looking for. They didn’t rush us at all—we took our time deciding, and they were always available with the details we needed, whenever we asked. Aditi, in particular, was amazing—so prompt and helpful throughout the process. I felt really taken care of, which is rare with online shopping. I ended up buying the mustard bananas saree, and I absolutely love it. The quality, the look, everything was just perfect. I ordered a saree from Sacred weaves for my niece's wedding. Initially I was just browsing through the website when I saw the saree that immediately captured my eye. I decided I would put the choice of saree In the cart, and go back to see if I really wanted to buy it. This was my first shopping experience for a saree online. I can't tell you how great the customer service was, the customer service was outstanding. The blouse, the saree speaks wonders. I will be buying a lot more sarees from Sacred Weaves. I recently purchased 15 blouse from this site ,and I was highly disappointed with the product and the costumer service. 5 out of 15 blouse was far shorter then expected and completely unwearable . On returning the product I was told that they coudn’t accept the return because the tag was missing . To be clear , I never even had the chance to check the tag properly before I noticed the defects . It’s frustrating that I ‘ being penalised for an issue that was entirely their fault, and now I m stuck with a poor quality item . It’s really disheartening when companies don’t stand behind the quality of their products or offer decent costumer service . Terrible product quality and costumer service.

This is just such a beautiful saree. Its really high quality and looks super elegant. I can’t wait to wear it. The ordering process was so easy, you can also do a video call with them to see the pieces you like and the blouse looks perfect to. I was in communication with Aditi, she is great ,very responsive, was available to answer my questions and was very patient. Will definitely be ordering again. The only issue I would say is that they charge you shipping under 25k.
