I love how they manage their clients. They maintain proper hygiene in there parlour. The owner who is Pooja mam she is very good at her work. And she also takes care that none of her clients face any problem related to their dress or anything else.

At the time of booking the behavior of staff was good but At my big day the behavior of the staff got bit harsh and they start speaking harshly with me and my guests also who came with me for their makeup (like you are taking lot of time, bro it was my wedding i will take time until i get satisfied with your service). The pre bridal service experience is really bad. The makeup is good but they Don't have professional hair stylist. I was not satisfied with the Hair style on my wedding day. And they also told me at the time of pre bridal service that they will provide O3 facil but every time i went ther for facial they use diffrent cheap products. They should change their behavior overall service is not so good.

The worst haircut experience I've ever had. I walked in hoping for a fresh look, but I left with something truly pathetic. The stylist completely botched my hair; it was uneven and lacked any semblance of symmetry. It looked like they just chopped away without any regard for how it would frame my face. I was so embarrassed by the result that I immediately had to go to another salon to have it corrected. This double expense and wasted time are incredibly frustrating. I would strongly advise against going to this salon if you value your hair.
