Initially, they call and inform you that your RO service is due and that a technician will visit for servicing by charging only ₹150. However, during the visit, they merely check the water TDS in the name of service and then insist on filter replacement. If you opt for their AMC, they charge around ₹6,000 + ₹150 (first visit charge), which they claim includes: Full filter replacement twice a year External filter replacement every 3 months Free service visits for one year Important things you should know before purchasing the AMC: You must clearly understand which exact filters are included in the AMC. Ask them to write down each filter name explicitly in the AMC document. Otherwise, later they may say: “This is a membrane and not covered” “This is not a filter, it’s a UV candle” When the technician replaces filters, stand beside them and count: How many filters are removed How many filters are actually replaced As, they replace only 1 membrane and the external filter during the first visit. Important filters like Pre-carbon, Post-carbon, Alkaline, UV, UF, etc. are often not replaced, even though they are critical for proper functioning. My experience: External filters were replaced 3–4 times. The membrane was replaced only once. After 9 months, when my RO stopped working, they said the membrane needed replacement again. They pressured me to renew the AMC, claiming that the new plan would include membrane replacement 2–3 times. Considering that an external filter costs is very less, while major filters are excluded, I felt cheated and misled by the AMC offering. Suggestion: Be very cautious, ask for complete transparency in writing, and closely monitor filter replacements during service.
I am writing about the unprofessional behavior and inadequate service provided by a technician during my recent RO water purifier service visit. Details: During the scheduled maintenance visit, the technician displayed rude and unprofessional behavior. While he opened the back panel and cleaned the filters, he refused to clean the top of the RO tank, which is a standard part of the service. When I asked him to clean the top of the machine as well, he rudely responded, “You can clean yourself too.” This behavior is completely unacceptable and does not reflect the service standards I expect. I pay for comprehensive service, which should include thorough cleaning of the entire unit, not just selective parts. He also didn’t provided any service receipt. Service Details: • Date of Service: 15 December 2025 • Time: 1 PM • Service Center/Vendor: Unique RO Service, Sector-10, Noida • Technician Name: Talib I request immediate action on this matter, including proper training for the technician on professional conduct and service protocols. I would also appreciate a follow-up visit by a different technician to complete the cleaning properly.
I have taken 3 years AMC from Unique RO around 2.5 years back and they have provided an excellent service since then. They proactively call and schedule service and promptly respond to any issues. Excellent service and customer care and servicing team. One of the service team member, Gaurav has done service multiple time for us and he has excellent knowledge and provided a very good service. I will highly recommend them

I had a very disappointing experience with Unique RO Services. In May 2025, I purchased their annual maintenance plan (~₹6000) after a technician visited my home and recommended it. The plan promised: Full filter replacement at the start Membrane and other internal filter change after 6 months External filter replacement every 3 months Free service visits with no extra charges for one year However, just one month later, my RO stopped working. A technician came on 30 June, did a temporary fix, and left. The unit again stopped filtering properly almost immediately. I called him again—he promised a revisit, but never came and now ignores all my calls. When I tried to get a copy of my bill (which I misplaced), the office gave an excuse saying “the bill book is not submitted yet”—this sounds like complete mismanagement. Despite being under an annual plan, no technician has come to resolve the issue, and no one is taking responsibility. This kind of unprofessionalism, poor after-sales support, and lack of accountability is unacceptable. 📣 I do not recommend this service to anyone. Once they take your money, they stop caring. If the issue is not resolved soon, I will have to escalate this to consumer court and post on other public platforms.

Unique RO service anual maintenance plan taken by me is providing timely services and maintaining quality standards. The customer care is responsive and polite. The technician are trained and provide good services.
Good service. Their customer service responds promptly. Also technicians are well knowleged and they explain you thoroughly about the faults and what fix they did. Despite of living in greater noida west GC2, they always respond in giving time frame.
